1. General provisions

2. Conclusion of purchase-sale agreement

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.3. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery.
3.4. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.5. The goods selected by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller undertakes to execute the purchase-sale agreement only when the Seller receives a notification from the Buyer's bank about the payment for the selected goods. The Buyer must confirm the payment order no later than 24 hours from the moment of clicking the "Confirm order and proceed to payment" button. If the payment order is not confirmed within this period, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has withdrawn from the purchase-sale agreement.
To return a quality product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at info@madleaf.lt. The returned goods must be in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging. A document confirming the payment for the goods must be attached when returning the product. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
3.7. The buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations
4.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation or stability of the online store, the Seller may limit, suspend, or terminate their ability to use the electronic store without prior notice.
4.2. The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate e-mail. store operations without separate notice.
4.3. The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.4. The seller must enable the buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.
4.5. The seller must organize the delivery of the goods ordered by the buyer to the address specified by the buyer.
4.6. If the Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to refund the Buyer's paid amount within 7 business days if the Buyer made an advance payment.
4.7. If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the seller undertakes to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality, reduce the price of the product accordingly or return the money paid for the products and their delivery within 7 days of submitting the request.
4.8. Upon termination of the contract, the Seller undertakes to return the money for the returned good product within 7 days.

5. Delivery of goods
5.1. The seller delivers the ordered goods within 2 working days, during holidays or emergencies within 5 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods via the courier service chosen by the Buyer.
5.2. Upon receiving the shipment of goods, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the package together with the carrier to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the shipment was damaged, the Buyer must note it in the delivery-acceptance document (waybill). By accepting the goods and signing the delivery-acceptance document (waybill) without any remarks, it is confirmed that the shipment was not damaged and was delivered properly.

6. Return of goods
6.1. The return of purchased goods in the e-shop is governed by the rules set forth in the Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of August 17, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services Using Communication Tools," and the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.
6.2. Goods that the buyer wants to return with intact packaging and proof of purchase are exchanged or accepted back by the Seller within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods:

7. Liability
7.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
7.2. The parties shall be liable for the breach of the purchase and sale agreement concluded through the e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9. Final provisions
